After 25 mins on the call centre person she first tells me that I have to go to Vodacom and make all my changes there with them and then only then can I come back to cell C to renew My contract. Then she tells me that it is possible for them to do it then she tells me I must phone back the next day. I ask to speak to the supervisor but was been told that the supervisor will phone me back that did not happen still waiting. BUT THE TV ADD SAY COME IN WE WILL DO ALL THE CHANGES FOR YOU AND YOU WILL KEEP YOUR NUMBER???
Why must it take 25 mins and me to informe the consultant what the adds is advertising I thought it will be easy to change my contrack from vodacom to Cell C but this is not the case
