UNABLE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

In March I made a late payment on my account where the account was then blocked. Payment due date was 1 March i paid on the 10th. As soon as i realised this I made the payment. I contacted Vodacom this morning to cancel my accounts only to be told that they are in rehab. The 2 year contracts are both finished but because my account is in rehab they cannot take the rehab status off until the 6 month period is up. This means i must continue to pay for an account i dont need / use because it is in rehab??? all they need to do is take the status off so that i can cancel these contracts. I am unemployed and struggling but must now continue to pay an extra R300 odd rand a month for nothing?
