PHONE STILL UNUSABLE AFTER 4 ATTEMPT TO REPAIR

I upgraded in Aug 2011 (Nokia N8), from day one I had problems with the phone. Fisrtly the phone kept on freezing, and switching on and off by itself, after taking it in for repairs, and numerous phone calls, the phone was swopped out for a new unit. After a couple of months the phone started giving problems again, Did not want to charge, camera didn't want to work, still freezing, trouble updating apps, etc. I took the phone in again, after a week I was informed that the phone is ready, we called in and confirmed that the charger was working etc, we were informed that it was, when we got there, nothing on the phone was working, after having to deal with the rude manager of Vodacom Eastgate, we were sent upstairs again, having to send the phone in again, I received it back after approx 2 weeks, after being without a phone for approx 3 & half weeks. Charger was working, but the phone was still hanging, and was still unable to to updates, and unable to login to the Nokia Store. This week after a phone call my phone just went blank and I can't even switch it on. I am not sending this phone in AGAIN! I want it replaced, or replaced with something of similar value. Resolve ASAP!!!
