So I opened a contract in june 2012 at vodacom vereeniging, relocated to pretoria after the first... onth the phone gave me problems, I returned the phone, they gave me a a loan phone for a week and replaced the phone, after another month the phone gave me the same problem, returned the phone and got a loan phone for two weeks, they returned my repared phone and after 3 months experienced more problems with calls I returned the phone, got a loan phone for 2 weeks, they replaced the phone and was working for about 3 months, I put the phone on charge the night before and it didn't want to start up that next morning, returned the phone to three rivers vodacom and they took the phone in for repairs without giving me a loan phone, after a week they sent me a quote for the phone saying there's water damage and some indicators were activated, this was still within the year warranty and the phone was not near water within that year at all, a quote of 3000 rands for a contract phone not working for more than 3months at a time!!!
