Problem with Blackberry cell

I bought a phone in October 2011, Jan 2013 the phone started hanging if I want to send a bbm or whatsupp (not always). I took the phone to vodacom and almost 2 weeks later received a refurbished phone because my phone according to them is a fabric fault (which I off course cannot believe, I never had problems with it before) the refurbished phone gave me problems from day 1. I took the phone in about 2 weeks after receiving it, they upgraded it. It didn't help but I am a single mother and cannot be without my phone so I tried to be patient but then the screen started making all kind of colours of go blank. I took the phone in yesterday and the attitude of the lady at Vodacom is rediculous!! Why couldn't they just upgraded my phone? My daughter had problems with her phone a year after we bought it and their story was it had water damage which we new was not true!! not if only 1 key pad was not working!! After she received the phone it works for more than another year! So it seems as if Vodacom employed technicians which have no idea what they are doing and the client's is always wrong!! I am not the only 1 complaining about Vodacom and will definately change to mtn!!
