January 2012 I took upgrade at Cell C store in Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town, a Nokia E72. A few months later experience problems with the phone like freezing, dropping calls, etc. December 12 I hand the phone in for repairs at the same branch and for a few weeks I don't hear from them, I go in store to enquire, nothing, then I get called and advised phone is ready for collection.

When I get to store there is a mad scramble for my phone as they cannot find it - without warning or advising me either by phone or sms that my Nokia E72 was irreparable, it was replaced with an out of box E6. I have no choice but to accept the E6, then the problems start again, similar to the Nokia E72, take it in for repairs, on 10/4/2013 for repairs, receive it back on 26/4/2013 and a few days later same problem. On 10/5/2013 I again send it in for repairs and sadly the first response I get is on 20/5/13 saying device dispatched from repair centre, on 23/5/13 saying device been booked in at repair management system, on 27/5/13 device received at Cell C Repair Centre Midrand, on 29/5/13 device handed to techn. I tried booking phone in at repair centre tygervalley but also delay there. To date nothing
