I cannot keep on calling you people! I have been calling your call centre many times now regarding an issue (first case was logged 23/03/2013). I occasionally will get a call after I've called customer care and the consultant escalates the case. But today the consultant said if it has been escalated he can do nothing. He does not know what to tell me. He is telling me the case is closed?
I am receiving multimple text messages. Last night I was called and the lady was able to see that I had received 20 of the same messages. Well, that message started again today and I have since received the same message 115 times!! I can't keep waiting and assuming they are doing something, because it doesn't seem like anyone is doing anything!
