Hi Peter I upgraded my contract with Virginia mobile for a Nokia 720 and two days after receiving the phone it gave problems with network and started freezing they exchanged the unit as a out of box failure it work well for a couple of weeks but the handset started giving the same problem and went dead for a week even fully charged and could not be switched on I took it back to the shop as it is on contract (2 months old) they send it to the repair centre hence I am struggling and have been struggling for a while now without my phone of which my account is debited every month they are even reluctant to offer me a loan unit for use in the meantime I would like them not to repair this unit as this is some of the newest models of phones on the market and it is giving the same problems as this is the second unit they must either give me another model phone or they must relieve me from this contract as this is not the first time I am having problems with this service provider can u please help
