Autopage Continue to Expose their Incompetence

October 2012 Autopage billed me R3990-00 for my data usage for September 2012. I immediately asked them to please send me URL bill so that I can reconcile and make sure that the bill is correct before I pay. I send them all the required documentation to send me the URL billing within the month of October. Every month until April 2013 Autopage indicate to me that I never send all the paperwork and a copy of my ID while I had to every month resend them all the emails with the documents attached. Only in April 2013, approx. 7 months after my request for the URL bill, they finally agree that I did send all the docs and then they send me the URL bill. December 2012, they cancelled my 2Gig per month subscription and blacklisted me on ITC as a bad payer because I refused to pay them any moneys until I receive URL billing. Before I received the URL on 22 April 2013, A Mike Acornley started to send me threatening (disrespect) emails, from his gmail, about my Autopage account. I have learned since that these are collectors Autopage use to threaten and list people. I requested Autopage to stop these emails but no respons. I now suspect the URL bill to be a false reflection drawn up over time.
