3 Weeks no reply. Still waiting for my phone

I bought a new Nokia Lumia 920 from Vodacom early December. The phone was faulty and they told me they would repair it. After a while I received a message saying the phone is being repaired, then that it was sent to Joburg and lastly that it was sent to Nokia. I already wrote a complaint on this site. Vodacom replied on the website promising to contact me and I am still awaiting that phone call. I've been to the store a couple of times and no one can tell me what is wrong with my phone or why I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive it. I bought a brand new phone for a LOT of money, received a faulty phone, and now have been without a phone for 3 weeks! This service is absolutely disgusting. I am seriously considering taking further steps in terms of filing a complaint for violation of the consumer protection act. I paid for a working phone, and the phone I received does not fulfill its purpose. Legally I am entitled to either a new phone or having my phone repaired. Vodacom cannot even tell me what is wrong with the phone or who I can contact to inquire about the phone. I honestly do not understand how Vodacom can get away with treating their clients like this. SO FRUSTRATED!
