I reprted this problem a week ago, and received unsatisfactory feedback. be as it may, i accepted, and followed procedure as instructed by Mtn Soneike. this was on Monday!!! Still no feedback! each day i have to send emails, submit photos as proof, and phone and phone and phone! never any feedback. Today the line just stayd engadged! sure my complain is still available for view, when will my cover be replaced! this service is going from bad to worse!
