Africa Stay's service is appalling! After making a mistake on my quote regarding flight details, as well as late check-out options to accommodate flight times, a rude junior person (standing in for the agent arranging my travel while on leave) created so much anxiety that I had to make alternate arrangements to ensure my family's safety. An official who introduced themselves as a manager called me on WhatsApp and asked me to email my concerns and needs, which I did. However, after 1 week (and us thankfully having safely returned), I still have not received a response to my emails. It is clear that the company has no interest in resolving the concerns and queries raised!
