Over the festive season, we reached our 8 GB cap, or so we thought. Actually, what had happened was that the Mweb website popped up telling us that we had reached our cap, whereas, when phoning Mweb, we were told that we were on a package that allowed us to exceed our cap by 1GB extra, and of course, incurring all the additional costs associated with out of bundle rates. Firstly, Mweb never informed us about this 'extra' 1 GB allowance because we would have cancelled it straight away, and secondly, why does a website pop up telling you that you have met your cap, when in fact, this is not true. Not a very good business practice on Mweb's behalf.
