Nokia Lumia 920 settings for MMS

Received my Nokia Lumia 920 (nealy 2 months ago), I have been fighting with Vodacom call centre (082111) around getting MMS working for a few days. Vodacom say its Nokia who have to provide the MMS settings as they cannot set up MMS on a Windows 8 mobile device but I cannot find any solution to getting MMS working on the Vodacom network.

The phone supports MMS according to Nokia's website and Vodacom say the feature is not supported and its not their fault. Their call centre tell me to phone Nokia and Nokia say I need to get the network to provide me the details.

Bottom line is I have a brand new mobile phone and I cannot receive pictures nor send pictures via MMS. No assistance from Vodacom other than to pass the buck or to say the feature is not available.

Furthermore, Vodacom dont advertise that if you take the Nokia Lumia 920 that there are features that you wont be able to use as a consumer.
