POOR Customer Service Experiance

Ought a Nokia Lumia 800 on Edgars account. Used phone for about 2 Months then it lost its sound. Took the phone into CNA to book it in for repairs. Natalie sent it to Vodacom and vodacom sent it back un-repaired saying its not their Phone. Natalie made me drive all the way back in to store to give them a proof of purchase and sent it back to vodacom with the POP. Only for Vodacom to Return the Phone un-repaired again claiming its not their phone to repair. Robert then stepped in and Figured out that the did not buy the phone from Vodacom and bought it through Third party company. I wanted a Full refund on what i paid thus far and he said no, it must go in for repairs. I spoke to him last about 2 to 3 Weeks ago and he never called me to say they received the phone from vodacom and it got sent to third party. no updates on progress NOTHING!!! I have since bought a NEW Phone and YOU AS THE COMPANY WILL GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATE ME FOR MY FUEL, TIME AND INCONVENIENCE!!! This is HELLO Peter for now, It will get allot worst if i do not get what i want. EXTREMELY PED OFF!!!
