I am Stephen from Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng province. I purchased a trimmer a year ago and, midway through the year, it stopped working. I took it back to Macro, booked it in, and then collected it again. Now, it has stopped working, and my one-year warranty has expired, meaning I only used it for one year.
What must I do, considering I cannot take it back? Could I send it in for repairs and pay for the service? Please help me.
