Returned my 12 day old blackberry Z10 to Vodacom today - yesterday for some reason it stopped reading the sim card - cannot believe that this should occur on a 12 day old device and although it is out of the 7 day replacement period feel that this should instance should be reconsidered. Vodacom claim it is a device problem and have sent away for "higher level repair" - after telling me that they have not had any problems with the Z10 and will most likely have to return to the maunfacturer. I have waited for the Z10 on my contract upgrade since October 2012 and now after upgrading my contract, I am left without a smart phone, yet still obliged to pay the bill. Beginning to wonder whether my dedication to Blackberry is stupidity and I should have gone to their competitors in October...
