The Telkom Branch in Bronkhorstspruit installed a new telephone in my Grandma's house in November 2012, but it needs a dish to work propperly. We are now 4 months down the line still without a dish.
The phone can not work propperly without the dish. Everytime we call them, they say that they are wairing for stock. We have to pay the full rental fee every month, actually we are paying for a service that we do not have.
My Grandma is 91 years old and that is the only phone in her house.
Telkom service is really bad, so if they change your landline to a dish phone, make sure they have the dish available before they install your new service.
