Vodacom
Blackberry Repai

I upgraded my contract to a Blackberry 9790 on the 4th of June 2012. Since then I have taken the phone in to Vodacom Midlands Mall Repair Centre at least 4 times. This has been for a battery life of 1-2 hours, the phone reboots constantly (reboots 5 times in 10 minutes for no reason), using the camera and even phone calls reboots it. Each time I have received the phone back telling me that they had done advanced testing, updated software and the phone is now working fine and each time they have been wrong. The phone is now with Vodacom Repairs again, who sent me a contact number (033 342 6467) which when I call, no one answers.
I then inquired with regards to cancelling my contract and opening a new iPhone contract with Vodacom so that I actually have a phone that works, I was told it would cost me R7 000 just to cancel my contract, even though the new contract would be with Vodacom. I don't see how this is logical when my current upgrade has been nothing but me sending a faulty device for repairs from the beginning.
Please let me know how this will be dealt with as I need my phone daily for business purposes and cannot receive the SAME device back again and expect to be satisfied.
