In November 2012 I received a smart phone (Blackberry 9300) from FNB the device is faulty nobody wants to repair it and FNB is not helping either it is now 2 months where FNB takes the money from my account but I can not use the device or have it repaired I did receive a phone call telling me to take the device to cell c I did take the devise to Cell c westgate where I was told that they can not assist me as I have an Vodacom contract I went to the Vodacom shop in Westgate where I was told they could not help me either. My question is how many of customers is FNB treating the same way please advise as to whom will repair or replace my Blackberry?
