Good day Vodacom
This weekend a friend and I went to your new store just outside the Mall. (Vodacom Client care and repair). I have never experienced such bad service. I always go to the Vodacom 4u store in Somerset Main road and receive the BEST service. However this weekend we were referred to this store. My friend dropped his Samsung Galaxy S2 and cracked his screen. He is a Network engineer and uses his phone 24/7, as he is on standby.
When we went to the store to find a quote for the repair, the girl behind the counter was so rude and unprofessional. She firstly gave us a look over, as to ask: "what do you want". When we asked her about the quote, she said: " You will have to book your phone in and we will have a look at it." We asked: "how long will it take to provide the quote". She replied: 'I don't know." While she was still talking to us, she started helping another client, as though we were wasting her time. After we left the store, she kept looking at us and shaking her head. I am not sure if this is how you do business, but it is not on. What happened to living up to your name "Client care? "
