Vodacom is better than Cell C

I gave my blackberry in for repair, it freezes and restarts itself so the lady at the store sais it needs a software update it will take 3weeks and that the repair centre wil phone me about the costs and if I want to proceed.after 3weeks I went back to the store not hearing anything from neither.at the the store is the quotation that the repair store send them that has been lying there for 4days.after a fight I tell them it's fine I wil pay the fee (R236.38). The next day I gave them my proof of payment on a Thursday, I ask the manager can he phone the repair guys and ask when will I get my phone he sais it's weekend he will let me know next week! he phones me the next week wednesday and tells me the repair guys cant upgrade the software because it freezes and the trackpad is faulty!!! There was nothing wrong with the trackpad when I gave it in and I gave the phone in for repair because of the freezing and now after 1month and 2weeks they tell ME it freezes, AND the trackpad is broken'it's crazy!! This is costing me money not to have BIS, I pay for that service! I run my business from my phone and know I can't! Vodacom gave me a new phone after 10 days when I was with them in 2010
