Worst Ever Service

On 14-JAN-2013 I booked in my cellphone at Vodacom Kolonnade as my phone wasn't charging and switching on. They booked in the phone Job card no: 8499446 the engineer report stated "270 - B.E.R; - liquid on the keyboard". I received the phone back repaired and 2 weeks later same problem again. I then went back to Vodacom Kolonnade and they took the phone on the 11-FEB-2013. After nine weeks of excuses from Vodacom I went back to the store today and spoke to the Store Manager Vera Botha and gave her my proof that my phone is with Vodacom for more than 2 months. She gave me a job card no 8767816 it stated the phone is booked in 11-APR-2013. Please explain this, how can the phone be booked in 2 months later at Vodacom Repairs Menlyn after I gave it into the store on the 11-FEB-2013? The job card shows Reported Fault: Not charging/intermittently/liquid damage as per previous job quote for repair. If they didn't repair it the first time why give the phone back with water damage? The store manager lost my proof of when the phone was booked in at the store and denied I gave it to her and with a very bad attitude told me to leave "HER" store. No help at all.
