On the MTN website it show that I am due for an upgrade as I have reached the 20 month period. On the voice recording the same thing was confirmed. I also checked the policy on the MTN active website which stipulates that one can upgrade from 20 months. To my surprise the consultants in the call centre are telling me that the rules have changed. It's no longer 20 months. I not impressed as MTN changes the rules as they please and do not update their clients. One example is with regards to the blackberry changes. The service from MTN!
