Have a 10gig Contract WiFI. Airtime finished and phoned to have extra airtime added. Spoke to Mogedi who said no problem and would load a 2 1 for R 149.00. This was on the 21 Jan 2014. On the 22 Jan 2014 at 12h50 I phoned Callcenter and Mogedi answered and I told her I have not received my airtime. She checked her system and said impossible and that I had used up about 70megs already. She said that it should be available. I told her that I am not able to use the WiFi as it says out of bundle data. She said she would report it to the Technicians and gave me a Ref No 7385171. I phoned the callcentre the next day being 23 Jan 2014 at 09h06 and spoke to Walter. He said he remembers the fault from the previous day as Mogedi asked him for help. He checked the usage of my account and said that data had been used up. It says I used 1 Gb 980mg from 07h38 - 13h36 on the 22 Jan 2014. I said impossible as I was on the phone to Mogedi at 12h50 with complaint. This was noted and he said he would follow it up with Techs and would fone me back with an answer. I got an SMS saying it had been sorted. Till now I still do not have airtime. Foned again on 24Jan. Still no success. Still no airtime!!!
