I have a MTN Top Up R200 contract. On the 20th May my account was credited with R200 airtime and 100 MB Data Bundles. From that day till June the 20th I did not finish off my airtime I had about R120 something worth of airtime im my balance and when the R200 was credited I had R300 and something worth of airtime.
Now yesterday when I checked my airtime I ralised my airtime was now left with R72.40.It is highly impossible that I could have used so much airtime from the 20th June till 4th July. I used my phone the same manner as I used it in May. I know how to manage my airtime. I know what I used the internet for and all my other applications. I phoned the 808 no. last nite to query the above mentioned. I was told I need to wait for the 20th July when the invoice has been issued before any investigations can take place.
I want my airtime now, as I've alreay paid my June bill an MTN had no problems getting what is due to them now why must I be inconvenienced. This is just a lot I'm not willing to settle for.
I want my airitime. I paid for it, its mine.
