TOP UP 315???

I have a top up 315 with 100mb of data per month.

I am connected to wifi from 07:30 till 16:30 every day during the week.
I have set my phone to update only when connected to wifi - so that it does not use my airtime or my data bundle.
I went away for this weekend 08.11.2013 - 10.11.2013 and had no comms, so therefore I never made any calls.

I tried to send a message and it wouldn't go through - my balance for data and airtime is R 0.00 - how is that possible? I checked my call history and in total have made approximately 15mins of calls till the 08.11.2013 - yet when I phoned customer care they said I must get a itemised bill for R 22 because they cant access my account from the 1st.
I have not used my full R315 in a month since I have gotten this contract - so you can imagine how off I am that I am now sitting with no airtime till the 01.12.2013 - I feel that something has happened to my account and not through fault of my own - then the best is that they will take 24hrs to get back to me - why am I paying R360.00 per month if I still have to top up during the month - this is ridiculous! I want answers before the end of the day!
