It's shocking! It's been 2 months now since I logged a complaint about Vodacom asking them to cancel my contract but it's taking forever to do so. On the 12th of Jan 2014 they decide to take in the phone for OBF after I spoke to them on the 7th of December 2013. I'm very dissapointed in Vodacom, I've been using this network for over 10 years, I'd rather change to MTN or Cell C after such bad service!
