Useless network and app

Your update to your app doesn't work! I have a 8ta dongle ona wifi rout and a 8ta SIM card in my ipad. Previously I was always able to convert my data on the app once I had purchased airtime for the iPads number now it no longer works, instead it picks up the number of my. Wifi router SIM card and doesn't allow me to convert the airtime. It's a micro sim and I don't have a phone that takes it so how do I convert my airtime to data?

Besides this you are! We spend thousands each month on both SIM cards and I am a hundred % convinced that you our data. Yesterday for instance I loaded R149 2 gigs and 1 night time surfer data and it's already expired today?!?! Impossible and not the first time. We have no updates on, don't download anything and I am online everyday and know how much data things take up. Since it's on a wifi router it doesn't track usage. We spend thousands and I asked for a contract because we spend way to much every month on pay as you go but you didn't qualify me for a contract?!? Probably because you make so much from us on pay as you go! Again sometimes up to R2000/month between the 2 sims over the past 2 years! Telkom mobile is useless
