No answer at customer care phone line

My name is Jaco de Beer
I wanted to cancel my MTN contract. I phoned MTN customer care and they kept me on hold for over an hour. I later gave up and hung up. I tried two more times with no success!!!
I am very disappointed and disgusted with the bad serves that I received from MTN and I will never recommend MTN to anyone and I will never return or renew my contract with MTN.
