Cantract was suppose to be cancelled in Decembe

I've went to Rose bank branch to cancel my contract on the 11 December 2012 at 11:00 a guy his name was Khulekani helped me and he fax the request to Head office. I was surprise that they debited my account on January for R298 and I went and reverse the amount at the bank and I called the customer care line and I was informed that my contract was not cancelled because the request went to a wrong department and I've ask them who is problem is because I'm not working for 8.ta and February the debit my account again R444.30 I called them again but no one help me regarding the cancellation of my contract and I received a call from Lesley from 011 747 9074 and she promise to resolve the issue but since this query was not resolved and I received a call from one of the guy from 8.ta to renew my contract and I ask how come because I've cancel the contract and he hung-up the phone. and this month they debit R197.00 and my contract was for R98 per month. I don't think I will recommend any one to use your service because you fail to do just a simple thing cancelling a contract!!! Even your agents they are incompetent!!!
