POOR RESPONSE AND CONTROL

I wanted to cancel my contract I phoned customer care got told to go into a shop the shop then told me to call the cancellations department.. It is beyond me why one can not cancel a contract in person with real identification than telephonically as preferred by vodacom as can happen such as in case I phoned cancellatikns and after waiting on hold for 97mins tried 6 times before of atleast 30min holdings each time..just to get told I have I then did all the affidavits etc required that was on the 8th of October I have phoned twice to get feed back a statement to please contact me was submitted to claims by vodacom customer care and still no response its the 8thof nNovember I tried cancelling this contract since septembe
