Existing contract users mean nothing to Nashua

Arrived at 14:11. received service at 15: 15 (over an hour wait)
Explained my queries to sales rep who randomly stood up and disappeared for 10 minutes. On his return handed me his desk phone and dialed customer services. if i wanted to talk to some one over the phone i would have called them myself.

My queries are simple, first to cancel the contract of my recently passed father, second could nashua match a competitors offer. This should have taken half an hour of my day, instead it took over 2 with nothing useful achieved. I just want to cancel my contracts and move to another service provider, nashua used to be name i associated with efficiency and customer care.

I would appreciate a reply but i really don't expect anything. I am disappointed to be so let down.
