It really looks like you guys just copy and paste the same responses to everybody! I am still waiting on the so called "relevant management team" to get back to me on my previous complaint, I complained about my 40 inch Smart 3D TV that Im still waiting on over a month, Ive gone through other complaints and found over 5 people this past week complaining that they received a normal 40 inch LED TV and not a 3D smart TV as advertised! please don't waste my time for me to wait 2months and then get the wrong tv! and dont give that silly response again of "The matter has been escalated to the relevant supervisory team for urgent investigation. They will contact you directly with feedback and an action plan"
