I tried to contact MTN on the customer care number for days now but cannot get hold of any consultant. I wait for more then 10min on the line and then I decide to put the phone down. I sent customer care a email and requested that they can please tell me why my internet (dongle) is not working. NO ONE CAME BACK TO ME. My MTN accounts are up to date and therefore I should not have any problems. MTN's service is a disgrace. I will never take out or renew my contract with them because of the service I received with them. There is NO SERVICE at all.
