I have been trying to get hold of someone at Vodacom for 2 weeks to try and cancel my month to month contract. My contract expired at the beginning of the year and I chose not to renew and instead, carry on month to month.
After numerous attempts to call the Customer Care and Cancellation number, I have been hung up on a few times and other calls just simply are not answered. I am so glad that I will eventually be canceling with Vodacom as I have no desire whatsoever to continue with you.
Please let me know who I can actually contact (and please don't give me a number because no one will answer).
I'd like my contract cancelled ASAP.
