On the 10th December 2013 my ex husband went to Vodashop Wonderpark and upgrade on MY cellphone account without my permission. I went to Vodashop Wonderpark to Wally and logged a complaint on the
10th Jan 2014 and also soft blocked the line, he only gave me forms to fill in and told me it will take 48 hours and then they will get the papers. My ex husband phone customer care and unblock the line over the phone (that is still my cellphone contract) and keep on phoning Nothing was done, so I went back on the
17th Jan 2014 and spoke to Adel at Vodashop Wonderpark and ask how it is possible, cause a sim swap was also done but still no anwer still waiting for the papers and a case was open by Vodashop Wonderpark. Today on the 24 Jan 2014 I spoke to Adel again and still they await the paper work how is it possible, and I also found out that he is still on whup on MY account. I want to know how can this happen and I am a single mom with this big account that I have to pay, cause he doesn't pay it cause it's on my name. I hope Vodacom will come back to me ASAP.
