I cancelled vodacom contract and went to Cell C at Wonderpark to apply for a new contract. My application was approved by Cell C but Albert at Cell C was not happy with my bank statement and other papers. I took the same papers the same day to Cell C at Kollenade Montana Branch which they except. I Asked them about my documents and if there is any problems with my bank statement and other papers the answer was no why. I told them the problem i had with Cell C Wonderpark which they could not believe. Montana branch were offline at that moment and i was not able to sign any contract. IF ALBERT AT WONDERPARK CELL C WERE QUALIFIED TO DO HIS WORK THIS WOULD NOT BE NECESSARY. Albert and some of the other staff at Cell C Wonderpark are bad for any customer. I stay in Akasia close to Wonderpark and is far to drive all the way out to kollenade. Please Cell C do something about your staff at Wonderpark and especially Albert!!! not good bad customer relations
