On thursday i went to vodacom northpark to cancel my contract, they told me they cant take payments, i must go to wonderpark. I called vodacom contract cancellation centre to find out the amount, after 15 minutes the lady told me she cant help me because i dont know my account number. Bad service, once again. Today i went to vodacom wonderpark, stood in the line for a while, one guy came to me and asked if he can help, i told him what i wanted to do, he said i must wait for the consultant, then after about 40 minutes they called me, only to tell me they cant help because the call centre is closed. I must do it during the week. I work from mon to sat, so when can i do it? I think this is very poor service from vodacom and wont ever upgrade again on a contract. Our money is good enough but when it comes to service there is none!
