Sim swap not active after 5 days

Did a sim swap at Vodashop tygervalley on thursday 30 January. Been following up every day since and still no joy.

Vodashop blames Vodacom and vodacom says Vodashop never sent the documents.

Got a reference number from Vodashop and since yesterday Vodacom is trying to get hold of the person who this is sitting with. Apparently the "link" to him is not working... whatever that may mean.

Been promised to be called back but no one ever does.

This is truely unbelieveable especially because this is a corporate contract that the swap was done on... shocking.

Think its time to look at another network when upgrading, as scarey as that may be!!!
