On the 19th of December 2013 i took my 9day old Blackberry z10 to Vodashop East London as it did not switch on from the previous night of the 18th December 2013. after waiting for 5hours i was told they could not fix the hand set and would have to send to Blackberry and i would have to wait 3weeks to get it back. on the 16th January 2014 my mother fetched the phone for me and she was told that they had replaced the phone with a new one as it was unrepairable. i charged it for that night and started using it the following day. on the 19 of January 2014 the phone just switched off and would not switch on again. i took it to Vodashop Mthatha and they said i should come back for it the following day, i subsequently recieved an sms letting me know that they have sent the phone to Blackberry again.

i have been inconvinienced by this so much as my line of work requires that i have a cellphone at all times.
