I have always been a fan of MTN as they have almost never have any connectivity issues, they are very helpful and friendly when there are issues, but now I'm really ANNOYED. I had two contracts with them which were coming to an end in August 2013 (last year) I then called in to cancel the one as I only got it for the HTC FLYER and didn't really want to upgrade it. MTN then confirmed that I could cancel it and asured me that it was cancelled after their usual prcess. NOW after being on maternity leave and receiving peanut from UIF. I get a statement saying that I still owe them R640.89 for December and JAnuary. I only noticed this discrepency after a number of bounced debits because I was only expecting to pay about R340 for the Contract that I deceided to extend and upgrade. Now they refuse to cancel the other contract until I pay the outstanding amount. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR MTN's MISTAKE. THIS IS NOT AYOBA. THIS IS BULL.
