In November I call in to change my contact from the 01.12.2013 to Topup 200 cover. The consultant send me the forms. Filled it in and send back. The consultant advise me that my bill will be _ about 460. When I call in to day they are going to bill me for december R1442 and who know what January bill will be. Im so shock. The contact is an open billing and it was never change. I ask for feedback and they only gonna credit me R692 which is not right. They suppose to credit me more. And what about January bill. Its not my fault if vodacom failled to change the contact. I been will vodacom for many years.
