I received notification from my bank that Vodacom deducted R15 702.62 from my acc. Needless to say i was in shock bce normally my acc.is between R1300-R1500 pm.

Background info:
On 4th Oct.2013 i went to Vodacom ERMall to renew & upgrade my one contract and do a security number change. I had a Blackberry on "Weekend-package" and on advise from the consultant changed to a Samsung Galaxy S4 "Top-up package" - this would lower my monthly payment!?!

In shock and disbelieve i went to the ERMall Vodacom to enquire on Fri.8th Nov. The same consultant that helped me on the 4th of Oct. then told me that all he can see on the computer is that it was the "data usage" that pushed up my bill. He said my "Auto update setting" should have been turned off and i should have been told and showed how to do this bce the two phones are completely different! (He was the one that helped me???) Furthermore, the Top-up package was meant to only be active as from 1 Nov. 2013 as explained to me.

I would like Vodacom to clear this from my name as i was not at fault!
