Unexpected Bill Change

After receiving a call from a support staff member at vodacom by the name of Annie a short while back,
i was asked if i would like to change from a R135 per minute plan to a R200 per second billing plan, i then inquired weather this would effect my monthly bill thinking that it obviously would? But i was assured by Annie that this is not the case and that my bill would not be effected, now obviously interested in such a deal i again asked Annie if this would effect my monthly bill and she once more said that it will not, i then accepted and she changed my plan. At the end of the past month i was billed R60 more than my fixed amount on my pay as you go contract. I wish to be reimbursed due to the fact that i was assured of no change, and now at my inconvenience i have to change plans again due to an incompetent staff member at vodacom. I also followed up with this issue with vodacom and after three days have had no answer. My reference for the call with Annie was 135 680 29.
