It's been 3 months since a billing issue I've raised. Since December, I've contacted Vodacom various times to investigate possible overcharging. The last call for ref number: 327820397 has since indicated that Vodacom is at fault and has overcharged me on my January bill.
Al I need is for someone in Credit and Refunds (apparently the department responsible for these queries) to rectify this problem and contact me.
YOUR CALL CENTRE STAFF HAS ADMITTED THAT VODACOM IS IN THE WRONG. SIMPLY PUT, YOU ARE NOW MONEY FROM ME. PLEASE FIX IT.
