Vodacom/Incredible connection up!!!

In November 2012 Incredible connection (Tygervalley) had a promotion - a 2year contract with vodacom and you got a samsung phone aswell as R5000 gift card. That was a great bargain if you dont use the sim card you would only pay the R135 per month*24=R3 240.00, what a great saving I taught. So i did not use the simcard coz I had my mtn sim. They deducted the R135 in November. December I was shocked getting a bill from R989 I think, I went to Incredicle connetion and spoke to the consultant and showed her the simcard UNUSED.. She phone Vodacom and they were gonna get back to me. I called the call centre twice & explained to consultant, they send me back to Incredible connection. In January the billed me R1000 and something. Went back to Incredible connection where we found out that the sim card I was given had a different number as to the one I was billed. Moral of the story is that I AM PAYING SOMEONE ELSES BILL and someone else using the internet etc is paying my bill of R135 a month. Went back to Incredible connection in Feb 2013 and spoke to Vodacom consultant where the blocked the sim and escalate call, it's April and I'm still waiting. I CANNOT BE BLACKLIST, IN ACCOUNTING CAREER
