Extremely Poor sales service

I have ordered a new MyFi device from Vodacom online store. I received a confirmation that my contract has been approved and the item will be shipped next day.- This all happened on the 13th Jan. After a couple of days I was informed the device is discontinued and they will contact me to discuss a different device. I have followed up with them telephonically numerous occasions requesting a sales person contact me... I am still waiting for that call!..I am disgusted with the level of service I got from Vodacom so far!..Why must I beg them to sell me something?..Is it not the other way around?..I am confused!...Why do they advertise and sell products on their website that has been discontinued anyway?..Approve my contract without checking availability of stock?..Cmon guys surely it cant be that difficult?..
