I took out a contract from 1 of the dealers that sell vodacom contracts on the 17th of nov the device came with a free drifter which I only got 3 weeks after taking out the contract the device gave me to many problems so I cancelled the contract on the 16th of dec to my knowledge I had 30 days in which to cancel which was also confirmed by vodacom and the dealer. The sales person did everything correctly I had to wait for confirmation from voda that its been cancelled I had to be the 1 calling all the time to follow up in what is happening and when I did they told me I have to pay 6543 for the remaining contract that was not what the voda call centre told me on the day I cancelled and until today the contract is still opened and I am expected to pay for something I do not have or want I am utterly disgusted with the poor service, knowledge and communication I am getting from them I seriously do not recommend any 1 use this so called big and best network they need to deliver what they promise and treat the customers like people instead of
