Poor sevice, and no accountability

On 13 Dec i upgraded my data contract and took delivery of the device on 18 Dec. The device did not read the SIM card and i went into the vodacom store and did 2 sim swops and device still did not read it and was advised by vodacom to return the device. on 20 Dec i contacted Kagiso she promised device will be collected with 3 days. on 27 Dec i again contacted vodacom and spoke to the manager Denver as Kagiso was on leave and he he said he will arrange for delivery of new device and collection of faulty one on the same day. i then got a call from shepard to day delivery will happen 30 or 31 Dec. i again contacted denver and was promised he will call me back. i called again and Denver had left. today i am still sitting with a faulty device for almost 2 weeks and have no idea when new device will be delivered as nobody can trace it. i am absolutely disgusted with the service that i have been receiving and do not recommend vodacom online to anyone. promises has been made but no delivery on promises or the device. i am disgusted at vodacom.
